Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase, we hope that you are completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund. All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels. attached.

To return your item, please email customer service at info@livelifenice.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization. Once you have received your RMA number, place the item in its original or adequately replaced packaging, and mail your package with the purchase order to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and we strongly suggest that you use a trackable method.

*Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order and all shipping information prior to finalizing your purchase, as we cannot be responsible for items incorrectly shipped or selected.

After receiving your refund and inspecting all conditions, we will process your return. Please allow up to 7 days from the receipt of your item to process. Refunds can take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your company.

    I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?

    If you placed a successful order you should receive confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after 1 hour please contact us to make sure your order went through.

    How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and shipment, and an additional 2-4 business days for delivery. International orders take 6-12 days to arrive.

    Will will the item I'm interested in be re-stocked?
